How to read this. Dates, rooms and lineups below are published by the venues themselves — Academy LA, Exchange LA and Delilah. Herman's placement is arranged per night, not guaranteed on every date listed. Text him before you assume a room. Minimums are set by the venue, never by the host.

Hollywood turns over fast — three of the rooms that defined the last decade closed while nobody updated the listings sites. These are open, checked this month.
Main floor 900, patio 350, VIP lounge 250. Funktion One, 55 moving lights, LED ceiling. Booked into 2027.
Four floors, 25,000 sq ft, seven bars, inside the old LA Stock Exchange. Fri–Sat, 10PM–2AM.
Jazz Night Sundays, doors 10PM. Dress code enforced at the door — this is the room where that actually matters.
No general admission — bottle service is the only way in. Bottles run $500–600 at venue-published rates.
Panoramic rooftop above the Strip. Tue–Sat into the night, dark Mondays. The civilised start to a long night.
The serious dance room in Hollywood. Listed as one of Herman's VIP service venues.
The host
There's no discography for this work. No credits, no reel, no archive to point at. A promoter's record is a phone that rings on Thursday, a list that closes Friday at six, and a door that opens on Saturday — or doesn't. Twenty-five years of it inside the same few square miles, by Herman's own count.
He answers
his own phone.
That's most
of the job.
Sundays he's at Delilah for Jazz Night — doors at ten, dress code enforced at the door, the room where that still means something. The rest of the week he's placing tables across Hollywood, West Hollywood and downtown, and running VIP service at Sound.
The number at the bottom of this page is his, not an agency's, not a booking widget. Text it and he answers.
Personal concierge / by request
The list gets you in the door. This is for the nights where the door is the easy part — a birthday, a client, a group flying in Friday who have never been to this city.
Not a booking button. Herman reads every one of these and answers with a room, a minimum and a time — usually the same day. Tell him the budget honestly and he'll put you somewhere that works instead of somewhere that doesn't.
Table minimums are set by the venue. The host never sets the price.
Venue-published minimums · regular nights
Add ~28% tax & gratuity · Academy adds a $75 venue fee · Exchange takes a 50% deposit, refundable at 48 hours · Holiday and headliner nights price above these ranges

Open for 2026–27 activations
Herman does not currently list spirits sponsors, and this page will not pretend otherwise. It is a pitch, not a trophy case. If you run brand marketing for an agave, vodka or RTD label and want a room full of the right people on a Saturday in Hollywood, the numbers below are the starting point.
What a partnership looks like in practice: product placement on hosted tables, sampling where the venue's licence permits it, photo and video delivered within 48 hours, branded signage at the table, and a named contact for the night. Deal shapes range from product-only to a paid activation fee.
Where the openings actually are
Neither Diageo nor Pernod Ricard keeps a West Coast office — a pitch to those houses routes through New York.
AEG is the recurring gatekeeper on the LA side: it brokered Jameson's LA Galaxy deal, its Goldenvoice arm
runs the festival where Absolut is official vodka, and Avión's one real LA event was at its L.A. LIVE.
A relationship there reaches more brands than any single brand pitch.
